Yoga Rise (Every Mon/Wed & Fri 545-645am)
- All level moderate flow, adding positive energy & focus to day.
Asana Tuesday (Tue, 6-7pm)
- All levels can explore poses in a safe and fun environment.
- Experience the joy of recognizing and overcoming your fears, learning and reaching deeper into yourself as you move in.
Yoga Power (Mon 530-630pm, Tues 4-5pm)
- All levels medium to strong flow for strength, balance and flexibility.
- Room is warm to boost endorphins & detoxify mind/body.
Yoga For Your Health (Thurs & Fri 12-1pm)
- Focus on relief from back and hip pain, inflammation, arthritis & stress.
- Chairs can be used to assist with stabilization if needed.
Yoga Powerful (Thurs 530-645p)
- Intense class for core, cardio and deep stretching of mind and body.
- For the practicioner that is aware of alignment and modifications and is confident in listening to his/her body.
- Room is warm and you will sweat alot.
Yoga Balance (Wed 545am, Wed 530pm, Fri 545am, Sat 830-945am)
- Perfect for everyone, like the balance between the Sun and Moon.
- Designed to strengthen, align, and calm your body, mind, and spirit.
Yoga Foundation (Sun 4-5pm)
- For beginners or anyone who wants to slow down and unwind.
- Longer holds, modifications, alignment (not how to get our bodies into poses, but how to use the poses to benefit our individual bodies).
- Normal room temperature.

Yoga Nidra (Last Friday of the Month, 530-630pm)
- Ancient art of deep relaxation that starts with a personal intention.
- Rest, restore, de-stress, increase awareness, undo bad habits, and possibly come closer to your higher purpose.
- You will be laying comfortably for one hour.
Yoga Strong (Fri, 1x per month, 530-630pm)
- Focus on strategic strength building, core stabilization and increasing flexibility to increase control in asanas (poses).
- Additional weights are optional.
Yoga Restore (Fri nights, 1x per month, 530-630pm)
- Comfortable supported poses to relax and restore.
- Can decrease stress cortisol levels, blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol; and help with chronic pain and fatigue, insomnia & stress related illnesses.
Yoga Social (once per month)
- Varies, check out the facebook page for up to date events planned!
Ashtanga (TBD)
- An athletic style of yoga in a set order of poses.
- Breath is synchronized to movement in warm room for internal heat and detoxification of muscles and organs.
- For practioners that are aware of alignment and modifications.
Yoga Retreat (next TBD)
- Space for new physical & mental growth.
- Nature, yoga practices, self-inquiry, individual/group activities and meditation.
- Whole food, vegetarian/gluten free meals provided.
- Beginner to advanced (some previous yoga experience is recommended).
- Includes 3 nights lodging (double occupancy), 4 hearty vegetarian meals, 3 light meals, hiking, paddling, 5 yoga practices (3 vinyasa, 1 restorative & 1 gentle), 4 self-inquiry workshops, guided meditation & more.
- Tent option available (you bring your own) for discount.
Ayuverdic Workshop (next TBD)
- Ayurvedic medicine evolved in India about 5000 years ago and is considered to be the world's oldest healthcare system.
- Create harmony between body, mind, and spirit to prevent illness, treat acute conditions, and contribute to a long and healthy life.
- Explore your ‘dosha’ or Ayurvedic mind body type, learn how to use the doshas to better understand yourself, partner and others & much more!
Yoga Transform (next TBD)
- 3 week series combining aspects of physical & mental well-being,
- This holistic approach may be the only thing many of us haven't tried.
- Limited to 12 people due to the individual focus everyone will receive.
- Modifications specific to your body will be offered as you progress.
- This is not a weight loss or illness curing series, it's focus is overall well-being . . . which leads to those things and more.
- Everyone will be met with compassion, caring and support.
