This studio is the vision of the owner, who returned here with a new love for yoga and found only gyms offering it.

Yoga in a studio is a completely different experience. 

 

Here, the Western flare meets an ancient Eastern wisdom. 

The result is a pracitce accessible and beneficial for all people.

Our Studio is small, but has most everything a studio in Kansas City, Sacremento or Philadephia would have.  And it is warm and inviting. 

There will be maximum class sizes,

so sign up for the class you want early.

If we continually get large classes, we'll go bigger.
